বড়পুকুরিয়াতে উত্তোলিত কয়লা দিয়ে ২৫০ মেগাওয়াট বিদ্যুৎ উৎপাদন হয়। গত বছর সেখানে ৩ লাখ টন কয়লা উদ্বৃত্ত ছিল। এই কয়লা রপ্তানির জন্য বড়পুকুরিয়া কর্তৃপক্ষ সরকারের কাছে অনুমতি চেয়েছেন। সরকার অনুমতি দেয়নি। অর্থাৎ বড়পুকুরিয়ার কয়লা কাজে লাগানোর মতো চাহিদাও আমাদের নেই। সেখানে ১২৫ মেগাওয়াটের আরো একটি প্ল্যান্ট বসানোর কথা। সেটি Read More…
